This page deals with the kind of repairs often needed before a paint job can be done. many buildings, homes and pool decks need repair work prior to actual painting.

This first series of pictures is that of a a pool deck the home owner pointed out a small hole in the deck ( Left picture), after closer inspection we found the hole was in fact a piece of wood stake that was not removed when construction took place, later rotting and leaving the square hole seen in ( Right picture).

The hole was then packed full of concrete and textured on top to match existing deck.

Below on left is a picture of rotten siding , we tore it out and replaced with new siding on right
