Chemical Cleaning,

What is chemical cleaning?
Chemical cleaning also known as: soft cleaning, safe
cleaning, damage free cleaning, dry cleaning, solvent cleaning. Chemical
cleaning is mixture of potent properly mixed cleaning agents, and or
chemicals that are totally effective in removing mold, mildew, fungus,
and rust on a variety of surface types. It is widely used for applications
where the impact force of pressure cleaning would be harmful, such as
a shingle roof, or a slate roof (shown above) the slate tile is to fragile
to walk on. When chemicals are applied properly to the roof surface
it keeps it free from mold, mildew, and fungus for upwards of two years.
Chemical cleaning if applied in conjunction with pressure washing is
a highly effective and produces almost magical instantaneous results.
Chemical cleaning is also widely used in applications where High pressure
has no effect such as rust stains
Grease, and oil require different mixtures of cleaning
solutions, than that of fungus, rust stains also use a totally different
solution.

Harsh chemicals can cause severe burns on your skin! Chemicals can react
with each other, or fertilizers and even soil and concrete. When dealing
with acids, oxidizers, caustics, and dispersants you had better know
what you are doing. Not only what to use to clean a stain, but how it
will react with another cleanser you would likely need to use. Example:
you have a driveway with rust, fungi, the chemicals that remove rust
react violently with the chemicals that kill fungus.>> There is
potential for a dangerous mushroom cloud here! Improper mixing of chemicals
can result in release of gasses similar to mustard nerve gas. Please
